Return Policy – Full Salvation Apparel

At Full Salvation Apparel, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn or damaged items not due to our error

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or product (subject to availability). If you need a different size, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@fullsalvationapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
